TL;DR

Swing does not phone home whatsoever. Your information is stored on-device and synchronized over CloudKit and optionally with Apple Health. Swing does not use any third-party tracking or analytics.

Data collection and usage

Swing collects your mood tracking information, including the state-of-mind, timestamp and optional secondary details like descriptions of the feelings you are experiencing. This information is solely used for displaying it in the Swing app. All processing of this data happens client-side.

Synchronisation

CloudKit is used for synchronising your mood tracking information across your devices. This information is stored securely in your iCloud account. If you choose to enable Apple Health synchronisation, each mood-tracking event is also transmitted to Apple Health through the HealthKit API.

User control

You can export and delete your information at any time in Swing’s preferences. No other personally identifiable information is collected.
