Swing is the easiest way to start tracking your state of mind, right from your home-screen. It was designed for people who struggle to build routines (like myself), who still want to benefit from learning about their inner emotional patterns and desires.

Using the Swing-widget, you can start start tracking your mental health with just a single press. The widget will then gradually neutralize again over the span of an hour, prompting you take a breath and assess how your mood has progressed. In the Swing-app, you can review how your mood changed over time and learn how the things you experience in daily life affect it.
Swing works on iPhone, iPad and Mac, allowing you to track mood across all your devices. Your mood-history is securely synced across devices and backed up using CloudKit, without any analytics or tracking used to keep your privacy protected. Swing does not phone home whatsoever.
With iOS 18, Swing can automatically sync your state of mind to Apple Health.
